RV Camping Rules

• The speed limit in and around the campground and store is BELOW 10 MPH.

• Always watch for children.

• Use the road or steps to go up and down slopes. No climbing is allowed.

• Children and teenagers must have an adult with them to be allowed in the clubhouse or to fish in the pond.

• NO SMOKING in the clubhouse or store.

• Pets are allowed. ALL pets must be on a leash. Please clean up after your pet and keep it in your own camp site. Pets MUST NOT be left in the camper alone for extended periods of time. If you do not clean up after your pet a clean up fine will be charged to your credit card.

• Children must be under adult supervision at ALL times.

• Park cars and trucks in your space only. Only ONE RV per campsite.

• Washing RVs or vehicles of any kind is not permitted. Changing oil or repair on vehicles is not permitted.

• CHECK OUT TIME is 12:00 NOON unless prior arrangements are made.

• Intoxication or any creation of disturbance, annoyance, or disorderly conduct will cause immediate eviction of all guilty parties. This includes any guest of tenants of the park.

• We have a 3 channel TV antenna. There is no guarantee of reception. You must have your own hook-up cable.

Please Note: Our Club House is exclusively for our RV guests and their company. Please feel free to watch a movie on the big screen TV or play a video game. Also, for your convenience is a full kitchen, coin operated laundry, restroom (sorry, no showers) and deck over looking the pond with dining tables and 4 propane grills.
